The Bakehouse Texas is a new monthly pop-up bakery from Joy the Baker, baked straight from her garage workshop and backyard cottage kitchen in Bellville, Texas. It’s a small-town, small-batch bakery built on the joy of sharing something homemade and sweet.
Each month, we’ll offer The Bakehouse Bakery Box — a curated collection of Joy’s favorite seasonal bakes.

In addition to our preorder Valentine’s cakes, we’ll have a small batch of baked goods available for walk-up purchase (using cash or Venmo) on the morning of Saturday, February 7th (between 9:00am - 12:00pm)— baked fresh and served until we sell out.
🍪 The Bakehouse Texas Chocolate Chip Cookies — big, buttery, bakery-style cookies with crisp edges, soft centers, and pools of chocolate in every bite. Our signature cookie and a forever favorite.
🫐🍋 Big Lemon Blueberry Buttermilk Biscuits — tall, tender biscuits bursting with blueberries and bright lemon zest, lightly sweet and perfect with coffee.
We’ll be baking these fresh the morning of the popup, so come early if you want to grab a few.
And yes! Each walk-up guest gets a complimentary cup of Bellville’s own Interstellar Coffee, because no one should buy baked goods without coffee in hand.
