Welcome to The Bakehouse Texas
The Bakehouse Texas is a new monthly pop-up bakery from Joy the Baker, baked straight from her garage workshop and backyard cottage kitchen in Bellville, Texas. It’s a small-town, small-batch bakery built on the joy of sharing something homemade and sweet.
Each month, we’ll offer The Bakehouse Bakery Box — a curated collection of Joy’s favorite seasonal bakes.
December’s Bakehouse Texas Bakery Box is inspired by the cozy sparkle of the holiday season! They’re the kind of bakes that feel right at home beside a steaming mug of coffee or wrapped up as a sweet little gift. For December, we’re bringing together a mix of festive favorites and small-town comfort, all made in small batches here in Bellville, Texas, and available for pickup this month only.
December’s Bakery Box includes:

• Fresh Cranberry Crumble Galettes
• Cheddar and Chive Scones with whipped hot honey butter
• Extra Large Linzer Cookies
This soft opening is intentionally small — orders are limited, and pre-ordering guarantees you a Bakery Box for pickup. Please limit one box per customer.

- Pickup Only: The Bakehouse Texas items are available for local pickup in Bellville, Texas. We’re not able to ship at this time.
- Freshness: All bakes are made fresh for pickup day and are best enjoyed the same day or within 24 hours.
- Storage: Keep cookies and kolaches covered at room temperature; refrigerate pies and fritters if keeping longer.
- Allergens: Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy.
- Small Batch: Quantities are limited. Pre-orders guarantee your Bakery Box for pickup on event day.
The Bakehouse Texas Mega Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients: All-purpose flour, Barton Springs Mills All-Purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cornstarch, salted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg yolks, egg, vanilla extract, semi-sweet chocolate chips (Guittard Super Cookie Chips and Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips).

Fresh Cranberry Crumble Galettes
Ingredients: All-purpose flour, Barton Springs Mills Sonora flour, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, kosher salt, unsalted butter, fresh cranberries, orange juice and zest, whole milk.

Cheddar Chive Scones with whipped hot honey butter
Ingredients: All-purpose flour, Barton Springs Milks All-Purpose flour, salt, baking powder, granulated sugar, butter, cheddar cheese, chives (or scallion tops), heavy cream, honey, red pepper flakes

Ingredients: Butter, granulated sugar, egg, all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, blackberry jam, strawberry jam, or orange curd.
