The Bakehouse Texas February Valentine’s Cake

February at The Bakehouse Texas is officially a little unhinged (in the best way). We’re bringing back the iconic Drake on Cake — because Drake is, after all, our neighbor — and honestly, it felt like a very fun way to celebrate Galentine’s Day in small-town Texas.
This month’s special offering is a Galentine’s Day-inspired 8-inch, heart-shaped chocolate cake, super moist and deeply chocolatey, filled with fresh raspberries and softly whipped cream, surrounded by Swiss meringue buttercream. The cake is finished with swoops of whipped cream, frosting, pink and red decorations, and one very important detail: a Drake lyric piped on top in classic Drake-on-Cake style.

Each cake is bundled with the prettiest flower bouquet from our friends at Wanderlust and Wild. Their romantic, seasonal arrangements are locally made with red roses, red heart roses, ranunculus, and spray roses in a pretty pink case - wildly beautiful!

- Cakes are available by preorder only, and quantities are limited. Each one is baked and decorated fresh for Valentine’s pickup, making it perfect for gifting, sharing, or dramatically eating straight from the box with a fork.
- Pickup Only: The Bakehouse Texas items are available for local pickup on February 7th, in Bellville, Texas. We’re not able to ship at this time.
- Freshness: All bakes are made fresh for pickup day and are best enjoyed the same day or within 24 hours.
- Allergens: Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy.
- Small Batch: Because this is a small-batch, cottage bakery situation, once they’re gone — they’re gone.
